Poached egg with truffle oil, crispy smoked Cecina from Leon and fried bread

Poach an egg with truffle oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 7 minutos at 100º. Cut ttin slices of Cecina from León, toast them gently and place them on the egg, all on a base of fried bread.

For this, grate some sliced white bread and add some Cecina from León diced very small, fry gently and drain the oil off completely.
