Six petalled Leon Cecina flower with goats cheese and raspberries
Cut the Cecina into fine slices giving them a petal like shape and place on the plate in the shape of a flower. Place the goat’s cheese in the centre of the plate and drizzle with raspberry jelly. Decorate the plate with a few fresh raspberries.
